🏋️‍♀️ Assisted Machine Bicep Curls:
Major Muscles Worked:
Biceps and Forearms
1. Adjust seat height until triceps are parallel with restraint pad
2. Adjust back support to sit with elbows in line with movement arms
3. Curl movement bar upward as far as possible
4. Pause in position of full muscle contraction return slowly to starting postion and repeat!
💪 Trainer Tip: As Kath demonstrated. One way to increase intensity of an exercise is through slow eccentric reps. Use your opposite arm to 'cheat' the weight up, then SLOWLY lower the weight
