Universo, quero te agradecer.
Tenho aprendido a vera contigo ultimamente, creio que esse deve ser o clássico caminho da evolução, que todos falam... tenho recebidos presentes diários, que na realidade, não são muito mais do que eu já vinha recebendo durante esse tempo todo, mas agora eu sinto que meu olhos conseguem enxergar melhor... vejo presentes em tudo que me acontece, em cada situação planejada ou não do dia a dia, em todo lugar que passo, em cada pessoa que cruza meu caminho, em cada erro que cometo, até quando acontecem coisas que não costumamos considerar tão boas. Não sei como antes não era capaz de perceber o tamanho disso tudo que a gente considera normal e nem percebe mais direito, mas sinto como se tivesse vivido 20 e poucos anos da minha Vida deixando escorrer uma grande parte dessa magia que tava aqui durante esse tempo todo, e faz tempo que eu comecei a buscá-la... e o que percebo no meio de tudo isso, é que não foi só a Vida que mudou, mas percebo que no caso, as vezes somos nós que não estamos preparados pra acessar a magnitude das coisas dessa maneira... esse aprendizado de deixar ir, é extremamente sincero e forte, Universo! E quanto mais deixo ir, mais percebo que na realidade, deixar ir, é deixar ficar, é permitir e encorajar que as pessoas sejam quem são, e avançar, sem parar, rumo à algo inédito que tá logo ali na frente, a poucos passos nesse mesmo caminho... a Vida é uma viagem incessante, isso não para... isso é a todo momento... e mesmo que não percebamos, isso segue Existindo... essa genialidade toda que segue funcionando, além da nossa vontade e do nosso alcance, merece no minimo um agradecimento no início de cada dia, que por algum motivo, seguimos recebendo... e aqui vai o meu de hoje, transmutando a necessidade que vim sentindo nos últimos dias, a simples necessidade de vim te dizer pra dar mais um passo, ir ali ver o mundo, entrar no fluxo maior da Vida, tem muita gente incrível por aqui ao nosso alcance, tem muita história boa que pode ser escrita, tem tudo isso ai que eu escrevi no texto e muito, muito mais! As portas estão abertas e só me resta viver!

Hubby is gone so my day has been chaos from start to finish🤦🏻‍♀️ Somehow, I found time to re-photograph this scrumptious low carb Shepard’s Pie because well... it deserved better photos😜This dish tastes like comfort food, only #lowcarb, #lowfat, and #highprotein!💪🏼 You can make this recipe with lean ground turkey, lean ground beef, lamb or seitan/lentils for a vegan version - whatever your preference.❤️ For a higher-carb version, use mashed russet potatoes in place of the blended cauliflower!😉

🔸Low Carb Shepard's Pie🔸
Makes 6 servings

🔸Topping:
1 1/2 lbs. cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen*
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated (or Greek yogurt)*
1 tbsp. buttery spread (optional)*
1/2 tsp. garlic powder*
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
🔸Filling:
1 1/2 lb. 93% lean ground beef or turkey*
1 cup onion, diced
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced*
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour (optional)*
12 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans)
1 cup low sodium beef broth*
2 tbsp. tomato paste (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce*
