Ok, questo non è il pancake di stamattina! Oggi mi sono preparata una magnifica "FIT" fetta al latte, con la stessa farcitura della merendina che ci ha fatto impazzire da bambini (🍼+🍯=♥), tuttavia la foto non mi convinceva. Troppo scura, troppo sfocata, troppo imprecisa! Sono donna, perdonatemi 😂😤 Potete però dare un'occhiata nelle stories, la troverete lì! 😍In alternativa, vi riposto questo magnifico pancake: NOSTALGIA ESTIVA! Sì, perché richiama gusti tipicamente estivi e, personalmente, mi ha fatto impazzire 🤤🤤 Mela - mirtilli - cocco 💯 .

Bom dia!!!
Café da manhã e pré treino de costas e bíceps foi bolo de café com cobertura de pasta de amendoim e calda de leite em pó!
Para o bolo:
100ml de claras (2ovos)
4cs de farinha de aveia (40g)
1ccha de café solúvel
Café líquido ( foi no olho, até a massa ficar beem molinha)
1ccha de fermento
Coloquei no microondas por 2 min e prontinho!

A rear delt cable fly was proving tricky for Rachel.Unable to remain stable throughout the movement I brought in a decline bench (ONLY MOVABLE BENCH IN THE GYM) elevated on a step. This allowed us to set up so i could cue rachel to retract her shoulders back pin them down and drive them hard into the bench.Now alot more stable, Rachel can stay locked in letting only her rear delts work throughout the movement with no compensation -

As a coach or if your someone who just trains,
we shouldn't struggle to train or develop a certain muscle group. Have your set up and technique assessed an identify limitations, restrictions & compensations.Then adapt exercises within our working environment so we can take on board the correct coaching and exicuition.
