I’ll be honest, today is tough for me being that it’s day one in my challenge group. It kills me that I’m cheering on my girls from the sidelines and can’t workout too. .
Instead of eating my feelings in ice cream and pizza, I’m writing this while sipping on my superfoods. Having these girls supporting me through the tough times is the encouragement I need to stay on track with my nutrition so I can come back when my body allows. .
The beauty of this being a lifestyle and not a diet is that I don’t have to beat myself cup over taking the time off to make sure my body is fully recovered. .
Exercise is a celebration of what our bodies can do. So instead of dreading your workout be grateful that your body is STRONG AND ABLE! Not everyone has that opportunity.
