Today at AoF was Chest work... This is one of my personal favorite accessory movements for upper chest.
Today I performed an FST-7 set 7 sets of 12 reps with 30secs of rest between each set. I usually perform this exercise after a heavy incline barbell or dumbbell exercise. -Begin by setting the cable column 2 notches below parallel to your shoulders. - Leaning slightly forward grab the cables with a Pronated grip, elbows slightly bent. - Perform a fly with a scooping motion and squeeze at the top of the scooping motion. *there are 3 different video angles of the demonstration and execution of this exercise!
