Задумалась я вчера вечером, почему такая некрасивая лента у меня, почему перестало получаться, фоток нету...а сегодня, выключая утром будидьник, поняла: начался универ! И теперь нет возможности спокойно встать в полдень, покрутиться у зеркала полчаса, фоткаться.. Сейчас просыпаюсь и бегом на пары, а вечером ни сил, ни света для фоток. Так и живём.
+ немного набрала за последнюю неделю, пора бы снова начать контролировать всё, что в рот кладу. Кто со мной?) .

Lunges 12 reps each leg / Close Stance squat 20 reps
I make sure I feel the burn in my legs by doing as much reps as I can, keep challenging yourself is the key!
