Low impact legs for you on this beautiful Monday! Each new week is another great opportunity to give it our best!😀
❗This can also be done with kettlebells or dumbbells!
❗Be sure and use you're active breathing/Belly Pump through the workout! It should really help to bring stability, low back support and your core into these movements:)
❗Be sure to pick a weight, and go at a pace that works for you! Doesn't matter what anyone else is doing, just what you feel comfortable with!
❗Throughout these movements really focus on using those glutes! A lot of us are quad dominant or have 'sleeping glutes' from all of our sitting so really focusing on making that mind muscle connection and using them in our lower body movements is key! Try to really get them involved in that movement! Whether it's pressing up to standing from the bottom of a squat or pulling back to standing in an RDL all these exercises use the glutes! Adjust and feel it!:)
⭐2-4 rounds⭐Rest a 1 min after a round and quickly throughout if needed ⭐

It’s Monday! #Letsgoooo

Upper body burnout circuits 😈
My Lil Guy👶🏽 is not smooshed! There is no pressure on my stomach whatsoever in the first circuit.💙 .
Circuit 1:
10 reps each exercise
Circuit 2:
10 reps of each body weight exercise.( to make this more difficult don’t use the bench)
Repeat 4x

Last super set:
Bent over flys SS lying over head pull overs
Make sure in the pull overs you don’t allow your lower back to arch or come off the bench. If you need to shorten your range of motion to do that, that’s OK.👍🏽
