What is the hardest part about promoting yourself on social media? For me, its getting personal so I can create relatable content for my followers to resonate with. I feel if I get too personal, it gets to be uncomfortable and too much like therapy. If I am too robotic, then nobody would see me as nothing but a bad salesman. So, where is the healthy balance? To be honest, it takes trial and error to find your social media voice. It’s been almost 14 months since I’ve started this endeavor, and I’m still seeking comfort in my actions. But, the point is to never give up. Someday you’ll strike a chord with your followers. When you do find your voice, you and your followers will never want you to shut up! 👍🏻😃🔥.

Happy Tuesday, friends!! Love my morning walks with Griff while listening to positive podcasts! And now, while I write this, I’m drinking my salad disguised as a chocolate milkshake, about to check in with my coaches & clients before I head to the basement for cardio core day, oh and duhhh I’ll have my pre-workout because that stuff is LIFE. 😍🤸🏼‍♂️ My mornings are my fav time of the the day. Sets the tone for the day...all things that make my soul happy, energize me, and put me in the best mood. Remember to do something each day that makes you happy. Something that’s for YOU because you deserve it.💕😘
