#mondaymotivation ➡ Love having friends that share my #passion for #fitness like @cassier323 ❤🏋. We may have different goals but that doesn't mean we can't have a killer gym sesh together! This girl rocked a 30min EMOM (every minute on the minute) that consisted of:
3 pull ups --> she substituted with TRX rows.
3 push ups.
3 air squats.
That's a total of 90 for each exercise (not including the last minute where we added extra!)👊 #gohardorgohome #fitfriends .

Finally managed to get myself to actually work on core consistently lately
We have big goals set for 2018 in the gym and out, and the way 2017 is ending they dont stand a chance! I'm excited to finish the year strong!

Ended #internationalchestday with some shoulder supersets resulting in a #stupidpump so I had to capture it!

Side note: strength is improving every week since I started this whole beard thing 🤔🤔

I'm not gonna preach to you guys about the importance of a healthy diet... But I'm gonna take a second to talk about my experience with the bro diet: Eggs, egg whites, oatmeal, peanut butter, olive oil, chicken, greens, rice, Greek yogurt, && protein powder to name a few. I try and keep my foods as natural as possible.. When I took 2 weeks off of eating clean and from supplementation I noticed a huge difference in my energy, body, && overall health. Came to a point where I couldn't wait to eat the basics. Took the good stuff for granted and my body noticed. A huge lesson I've learned from @alberto_leo_acosta , @nutrition_max , && @syattfitness is that if you're going for the lifestyle.. it's OKAY to have a "dirty" meal here and there.. food is food, try and get those nutrients in. I've learned to just "eat the cookie" if I really want it, who cares. Granted there's lines of disclipline involved.. but I'm loosely tracking macros to lose fat, not over doing the training, & HAPPY.. Something I didn't think I'd be able to do when I went through having an eating disorder. Basically, stop beating yourself up so much.. consistency is the key anyways... Don't forget to actually live your life too. #WeAllStartSomewhere #Growth #EatClean #BEDRecovery

#MondayMotivation Repost from @stacyfuj_ifbbpro Starting this week off on a positive note! As much as I wish I could have one more day off with family and friends, I’m ready to get back into my normal daily routine. Having a structured work schedule helps me stay on track with my diet much easier. Staying extra focused this week to make up for the holiday weekend!

Creatine is one of the most widely studied supplements.
