"My dear Wormwood..." I think it would be awesome to see The Screwtape Letters adapted to film. An opening sequence that is a bit eerie and an ominous atmosphere...at least in my imagination. Or a film that portrays screwtape as an everyday man writing to his nephew through email. Still have yet to finish this book though haha #cslewis #titlesequences #thescrewtapeletters

Recently, I've been doing alot of reflecting. Reflecting on my own insecurities, specifically as a designer. Why is it that I create? Was it to create new things, things that would stay relevant, things that are rich and elegant? And what it came down to is where I've placed my own identity in. Placing my identity in the things that I do. Trying to find my validation in it.
The Great Abyss (https://vimeo.com/90667610)- a piece about Salomon Ligthelm. A filmmaker/composer has come to a place where he believes his "most authentic work comes from a place of surrender and service to others."
To surrender my pride. Surrender finding validation in others. To come to the end of myself. To create and to give back to the one who created me, as an offering.
