Before you take your #medication, ask your health professional if you have any doubts.
If you are a health professional, before you give medication, ask your patient if they understand how & when to take it, dose, etc.

Medication errors can be caused by #healthworker fatigue, staff shortages, poor training, wrong info being given to patients

What is #mercury?
Mercury exposure mainly occurs through consumption of #fish and #shellfish contaminated with #methylmercury.
Once in the environment, mercury can be transformed by bacteria into methylmercury, which then bioaccumulates in fish & shellfish.
