My new niece is a source of light for this world :) I was raised Vegan and they are raising her vegan, they had a natural home birth, so if you need tips follow them #repost coupe_dc She’s 3 months old today. Already! She’s intelligent. She’s happy. She’s beautiful. She’s strictly breastfed, doesn’t cry often, has never had a diaper rash, doesn’t throw up, She’s strong, and is an all around joy! Vegan is the answer. Our Little Queen, we love you! @laceinne I’m so thankful to have you as my wife and Mother to our Beautiful Child! Thank you x

Tag everyone, share this too. If you are a true Knowledge seeker, watch Ken Cousens, “How it all fits together on YouTube.” It doesn’t matter what religion you follow, it’s the same system. Thank me later ✌🏾

Nah but if a teacher can pronounce Tsaikovski, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Anastasia and Hippocrates, but can’t say Chaka... F*ck them. Don’t be ashamed of your African just because your teacher wants to make Ifatunde sound weird. They are teachers, they know how to read and how to learn. Teach them, if they continuously get your name wrong it’s on purpose. I dealt with this though-out all of my high school years. Don’t shorten it for them, don’t let them give you a nickname, don’t let them own you linguistically, if you have been blessed with an African name, that is your purpose.

I think about the oppression of the Congolese everyday, especially the women and my children. congotoglobalWe are from Congo. We don't have lawyers, Twitter, worldwide condemnation of the aggressor, newspaper headlines. But whenever you read stories about sexual violence, please remember us. ( #PauloCoelho ) @paulocoelhodice
@congotoglobal The White Supremacy along with Paul Kagame have turned The Eastern Congo into the world's Capital city of Rape..., Rape is used as a tactic of war destroying communities to gain control over minerals used our Mobile Phones.
A billion phones will be Sold this year feeling the rape of hundreds of thousands of Congolese Women and Children..
That’s One Rape every minute your phone manufacturer needs to know this!!! They have Turned My Country in to the world’s most oppressed black nation!!!

Most nights I ask myself am I succeeding, is this what humans are supposed to do... I read books that talk about history and it shows that humans are crazy. Not just Europeans, or Arabs or Africans... but all humans. I do more work, I get praised more, I get criticised more... I speak more and I get censored more. I love more and I get more hate. It’s like there is always an abundance of the opposite... maybe it’s balance. I wonder if everything is as it should be, then I look at the way society’s are heading and I think maybe I have been out here to bring balance to the destruction. Everyone my age is settled down and getting married, having children or already have children. Here’s me awake again at night, thinking about African unity and self sufficiency. This must have been what kept my heroes up at night, but they never had social media to tell people what they were thinking about each day. Their actions showed what they wanted to see from society, it doesn’t matter what they thought, because what they did spoke volumes. I think like this lonely AF at night and then get up in the morning full of actions, plans, ideas and energy. So much inspiration, like I am balance within myself. I can’t always be happy, it is transient. I can’t always be lonely as I have decided my happiness isn’t as important as this work, which creates my loneliness, but it also creates my happiness. All I want is to build for the children a future and then watch them thrive. Teach them, protect them and see them through to adulthood. Give them the same opportunities that I have now. They will do better than me, children are better humans than we are. We always say they are the future, but don’t do enough in the present to build for them. But then sometimes I think the world is going to sh*t, why I don’t I just get money, raise a family with someone beautiful and see how that is. But then sometimes I think these corrupt prick politicians need someone who actually cares about people, to sort them out, then I think forget politics, I want to grow my own food. I also quite like boxing, I think about going off and training for a year. Then I just wish I could sleep to wake up & eat fruit..

I took this in Minova, DR Congo where I am establishing an office this year. It is at an orphanage and therapy centre for victims of sexual violence, that we support with food, school fees and pay their medical bills, from money raised on social media. East Congo has the highest rate of rapes of women in the world. I am going to do my best to change this...

RIP King, love to all of the people from Ghana 🇬🇭 The US rejected 63% of Ghanaians applying for US visas in 2016, the highest percentage rejection of any country that applied for a US visa... but to get to Jamaica from Ghana you have to go Via the US or the UK. 42% of Jamaicans which is an 80% African country, can trace their heritage back to Ghana. But in order for Jamaicans and a Ghanaians to connect, they have to go through the same countries, that are predominantly ruled by the people, who descend from the people who stole them in the first place... they are still trying to make it difficult for us to connect with each other... Anyway. Rest in Power to this King. Love to all of the Ghanaians out there.
