I'm obsessed with the gyudon & horumon don from Kitsuneya in #Tsukiji. Thinly sliced beef simmered with onions and offal stew with leeks & yam cake, both served over rice, topped with negi & egg. I fell in love with Jianbing, one of #Shanghai’s best-kept street food breakfast secrets: wheat & mung bean crepes cooked-to-order on round, cast-iron griddles stuffed with fried egg, crunchy, salty, sweet, sesame-coated wonton crisps, hoisin and chili sauces, cilantro, scallions & preserved vegetables.
