The colder the weather, the warmer the colors! Try this yogurt bowl made with citrus marmalade, oranges, kumquats, and waffle cone crisps. #Recipe below.

Winter Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
2 cups Chobani® Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
½ cup citrus marmalade
¼ cup segmented orange
¼ cup segmented blood orange
4 sliced kumquats
¼ cup waffle crisps

Instructions:
1. In a small mixing bowl, swirl yogurt and marmalade together.
2. Scoop ½ cup of yogurt-marmalade mixture into each of 4 bowls. Top each bowl with even amounts of citrus, kumquats, and waffle cookie pieces to serve.

Ring in the new year with your plate full and pinky out! Our New Year’s Eve recipe is a twist on the traditional favorite: blinis with caviar and dill & chive Greek yogurt. #Recipe below.

#Blinis with Greek Yogurt and Roe
Ingredients:
¾ cup Chobani® Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup buckwheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon butter, for greasing the pan
Salmon roe, for serving
Chobani® Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt with chopped dill and chives, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, milk, and yogurt. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together until just combined.
3. Preheat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
4. Pour 1 tablespoon of the batter per blini onto the hot pan.
Cook until small bubbles begin to form on the surface, about 1 minute. With a spatula, flip the blini and cook until golden brown on the reverse side, another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
5. Serve the blinis with yogurt mix and salmon roe.
