Such a great goal :) lovely shot, Dan.
Beautiful shot! I was there Picnic Point Park the same day. 👍😃
Wow truly beautiful
how did that goal go? (what a sunset... sunsets know how to create a non-disappointing show every time...)
What a finale! That's a great goal to end the day with
Thank you, @jylljyll, that's awesome! It was my first time there - I was trying to discover new locations for each sunset - what an amazing spot. Now I wonder if I saw you, did you have a tripod? I was halfway up the walkway with a dead phone, using the railing to do a time lapse with my slr. And, OMG, did you see that poor stranded baby seal?
@luvluca Thank you, Tiffany! It was a really good way to keep myself from working too late. Really helped gain some nice perspective on the day. Now, if I can just use that excuse in Dec when the sun starts setting at 4:30.
@oak0404 Thank you, Yong June!
As a #sunsetoholic, I can only commend you on this goal! 😊❤🌹
@_kilsey Thank you so much, Kitty!
😍 love it!
I found this spot this early summer and I keep coming here quite often. You probably didn't see me because I walked on the train tracks to the left about 10 minutes from the beach to take pictures of bird sanctuary as you can see many of those in my feed. 😁I didn't see baby seal but I saw big one in the water. Nice to meet you here Dan. I love your works.👌😊
Very beautiful Dan!
@jylljyll I already noticed a few of those awesome sanctuary pictures in your feed. Nice to meet you here too! thank you so much for the kind words. If you'd ever be keen on going shooting together, please let me know. I would love to explore that area more and learn a bit more about LEs from you.
@jeroenv Thanks so much, my friend!
@johannawen Thank you, so glad you do. :)
You're welcome! Yes, I would love to. Looks like after Sunday rain, it's going to be nice all week. I'll be free every day at magic hour except Thursday. Let me know whenever you are ready.👌😊
Well done, Dan!
Great goal. What was your total?
That's a great idea.
Great goal. This is wonderful.
@danrubin Thanks, Dan. I got to see 23 of them! Seeing a particularly amazing one on Aug 5th sparked the idea. :)
@p_ivy Thank you, Alice! :)
@montrakain @malddim @rain@tomwhite_ Thanks so much, my friends! :)
@ele_ Thank you, Elena! :)
@jjpx4 @itsvines @kayla_malecki @winand007 - Thanks everyone! :)
@selk Haha - It really made me a junky! I started to question the feasibility of trying to do a whole year. Thank you, Sarah!
@scourthedream It went very well, Thanks January! I got out and enjoyed 23 of them! I also tried to see them from different places which led me to discovering a lot of Seattle I had never seen before.
@xree Thanks, Ray! :)
@mark_as_seen So glad you do, my friend! :)
@janske Thank you, J! It ended up being very rewarding.
@n_cruz Thanks Nei! This is about 20 min north of Seattle, near Lynwood. I'm so glad you like it. I took pictures of most of them, I'm sure a couple more will sneak out.
Beautiful! Great Idea...
Where is it? @dankhole
@jylljyll How does Wednesday evening sound? What time do you recommend getting started? And, shall we meet at Picnic Point?
Sound good Dan. 6:30 is good so we have some time to walk around before sunset at 7:27 and we can meet at Picnic Point. I am an Asian guy wearing baseball cap. Do you still look like your profile picture? 😊I guess you do.
@jylljyll Heh, I do for the most part - beard is shorter and if I'm not wearing my hat, you'll see I have longer hair. 6:30 at PP sounds great! I'll see you there.
@emysena Thanks Emy, It was the first time I'd made time for myself in a while. Really good way to end the day and reflect on things. Do you make a habit of such things?
I don't ... But it sounds great - perhaps I should.
@emysena It was definitely worth it. I also discovered an number of beautiful places I had never been to, in the 20+ years I've lived here. :P
That's so great. I love remembering old things can still be new.
What an awesome goal. I need to do something like that. Thanks for the inspiration!
I should definitely do that too..
What a great idea. I'm sure your wifey liked that idea too. Did you bring along some bubbly?
@naomipq Aww, that's a lovely thought. You're so sweet. It was more of a personal goal and a time to reflect on the day and look forward to tomorrow.
@dankhole you are becoming more and more a favorite of mine. I need to carve out a time to do this too. It's a bit tricky with the kiddies, but I think a moment of reflection is a great way to recalibrate.
I'm currently working on that same goal, but for this current month
You are really talented @dankhole
Is that at Golden Garden park?
Very nice shot👍👌👌
I am a sunset junky.
