R E S U L T S ✔️ This weeks new video is NOW up and it’s all about giving you the tips you need to FINALLY get results, no bullshit, no excuses, just the truth as to why you’re not where you want to be yet. Today, i pushed my intensity, I finally nailed a full 21, 19, workout of Handstand pushups and haven’t stopped smiling since. P U S H 🥊 You don’t need crazy equipment for a good workout, today i used a pole! But you could use a resistance band or barbell!
Workout: 4 rounds for time! Beginners 10+ reps, Intermediate 20+ reps, Hardcore 30+ reps! How fast can you do it?
1️⃣ Straight leg sit up,
2️⃣ Vsit press,
3️⃣ Full Leg Raise,
4️⃣ Toes to Bar.

P R E S S 👊🏼 Sculpt your body and get stronger while doing it with my current favourite full body plate workout! I used a 15kg plate for this but you could use a kettlebell, BB or DB.

Workout: Beginners 10+ reps, Intermediate 20+ reps, Hardcore 30+ reps x 3 Sets!

P U S H 💪🏼 When you think you cant do another rep is when you know you’re getting somewhere! Todays workout uses a mixture of equipment however you could complete it using just a DB or Barbell or Plate for all.

2️⃣ Z Barbell Press, (25kg)
