I got this for Xmas 1998
In the UK, Star Fox 64 was called Lylat Wars. Notice the "PAL Version" identifier in the bottom left corner.
Starfox 64 from Australia/UK I think.

The reason this is called Lylat Wars is because there was a game released in Europe on the Commodore 64 called Starfox. So Nintendo had to rename both this and the original (which was released as Starwing).
