I was reminded of failed attempts today in the pursuit of dreams while at #reimagineconf. This is a shot I took on my flight down of Mt Jefferson. Red line was my first attempt route on the north approach and yellow is 2nd attempt on south side. Both times I was forced to turn around with the south trip being only 400ft from the summit. Hopefully I'll make it on the third try soon. Lots to think on in just the first day of great connections and talks. Passion, not giving up and not letting anything stand in the way of creativity and dreams. Great job @noah.j.elias @noah_university and team.

Last stars in the sky right before sunrise. The moon is back lighting the landscape right before it sets behind me. Taken right above the John Day river in Eastern Oregon

This was a fun episode to edit. They all are but to see our friend Joyce enjoying Oregon so much was just awesome. Come watch. She is now at grad school in China and we miss her terribly. Oh and what places are magical to you. Answer in the video comments. Link in bio.

We are slowly making it through our summer episodes. Here is Episode 23. We move into our new home after praying and dreaming about one. Natalie graduates and becomes a high schooler!!! And I get a surprise ComicCon trip thanks to buddy @noah.j.elias! Check it out. Link in bio. Oh and I ask the question: where would you love to find yourself? You never know where you will end up going or visiting. Add your answer here or in the YT comments.

Interesting comparison between Portland air quality with wildfires burning throughout Oregon and Washington and a normal day in our China home of Baoding. 192 was actually a pretty great day there.

Wow. Glad I left house 40 min early (3:20am). The eclipse visitor exit continues. Security lines meet in the middle for both gates.
