1 1 0 K G 🏋🏻‍♀️ Can’t hide the smiles after today’s 110kg deadlift PB. I’ve always loved deadlifts but have neglected them of late so it was amazing to see that just through my CrossFit & home sessions my strength has increased enough to go up by 20kg on my previous PB. R E S T ✨ For those of you who love to exercise or have goals to reach you might find the concept of a rest day a little difficult to accept. Failure to add in a rest day will increase your chance of crashing & burning, injury and even chronic fatigue. However the words ‘rest day’ can be a little misleading, a rest day as fantastic as it sounds does not mean laying in bed surrounded by pillows and cookies, it means a rest from your usual activities!
