When you're a 🦄 you get to eat strawberry nicecream for breakfast. 💫✨
Happy 11/10! Celebrated with a little zerowaste food haul. Some kale, dates, walnuts and cashews (and the not so picturesque dishwasherdetergent and cacao). 🌿🍃💫
Autumn is here and so is october. 🍂🍁👋🏻 I usually find autumn to be the best season of the year, but this year I'm not really feelin' it. Perhaps due to the non-existing summer weather. So all you Malmö peeps, hit me up with suggestions of fun stuff to do. Need it like now. 💪🏻🌿
Back home in Malmö again. Enjoying a coffee at my new kitchen table. Love when I find exactly what I've been looking for second hand. @blocketse ☕️🌿✨
I have such a hate-love relationship with Stockholm. On one hand it's one of the most beautiful cities I know. On the other hand I often find it stressful, competitive and extremely expensive.
This weekend I've managed to reconnect to this city (that used to be my home) and see it in a new light.
Stayed at the eclectic Skanstull hostel, very close to an Israeli food place @reggevhummus (pic1). Also tried some of the vegan treats at the nearby cafés and met some friends and relatives close to my heart.
Thank you Stockholm for showing me some new sides to you. ✨✨✨✨✨
This city is so decadent... this is what I found on a walk in the park. Not an empty beerbottle but a kombucha (!). And a book with the title "Det är mycket med det jordiska" which translates something like "There is a lot with the earthly tasks". 😂 Love these secret little messages that you can find if you pay attention to your reality. #conscious #synchronicity #holistic 🌿🍃💚🌻
Hey autumn! 🍃🌿 This leaf seems a little suspicious to me, lying there on a normal grey swedish pavement. Seems a little too jungle-ish. 🤔🙉🙈
When a huge H&M closes and is replaced by a just as huge second hand shop this climateninja be like: 🤸🏻‍♂️🏄🏼‍♀️🤺
---------------------
I mean this place even has sports clothing, kitchen ware, frames, lamps... you name it. -------------------------
When it's a sunny sunday and there's a free yogafestival down by the beach... 🙏🏻🤸🏻‍♂️🏄🏼‍♀️
Some veggies are just so beautiful. 💚 This is pak choi which I made a noodle soup out of. ✨
This is my new friend Viktor with his new friend, an amazonian parrot that we just met randomly on a stroll through Malmö. Well, together with his owner. This city has a tendency to surprise you and I kind of like that.
Ps. Autumn is almost here. You can see it on the leaves of the trees in the park. Not ready. Not ready at all. 🍁🍂🍃
The sunflower. Such a beautiful symbol of happiness, sunshine coming into our lifes, but also the ability to keep turning towards the light no matter what the circumstances are. 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻 Ever since the healing class I took this summer Ive been spotting them everywhere. Here on instagram, in shop windows, on tv, in real life, you name it. Thank you universe, I see that as a good sign. 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
Spent this sunny sunday learning more about natural herbs, essential oils and their medicinal values. Very interesting indeed. It was also my first visit to this beautiful place, a herbal garden close to Staffanstorp. I spent almost the entire summer in the city so it was nice to spend some time in the countryside for a change. 🍃🌿🐉🌻
Before this vegan journey I did not eat a whole lot of different veggies. But the more I discover new vegan dishes the happier I become. ✨✨✨✨✨✨
Added two new recipes to my repertoir; a butternut squash risotto and a sweet potato chickpea stew. Both delicious, colourful and fairly easy to make. 👌🏻🍠🥘
I really love that the yard in my appartment house is starting to look like a small jungle. 🌿🍃🌾🐉
Let me introduce my crisis kit! 💪🏻 If a storm strikes, the electricity goes off in my hometown or we get invaded by 👽👽👽 I am prepared. -----------------------------------------
Those of us who live in the city are vulnerable when it comes to our basic needs. For example; if the power goes out, payments in our ordinary stores wont work. Water wont work and our stoves wont work. And with climate change there will probably be more storms to come. 😢🌪🌧🌊☔️ -------------------------------------------
Although... I am still a believer at heart. I believe in change and I believe in miracles (small and big ones) so I bet we will solve this climate crisis one way or another. Although it might get stormy on the way. So when the storm hits at least I am somewhat prepared. 🙈 #nerd #prepper #stormtrooper #unicornsuperhero

In my crisis kit you'll find:
✨ A camping stove
✨ A power bank charger
✨ A wireless FM radio
✨ A flashligt
✨ A lamp driven by lampoil
✨ Some canned foods (img 2)

Do you have a crisis kit? What do you put in it?
I have a confession to make. I love glitter. I love to dress up in sparkly clothes and go all in on theme parties, pride parades and other festive occasions. I'm not very minimalistic in that way. 🙈 And I know that glitter is basically microplastics. 😢 Yesterday was copenhagen pride, and let me tell you I wasnt the only glitter lover. The streets were literally covered in glitter (see image nr3). So... what to do when you're a climate ninja and you still love an extravagant party every now and then? Hmm... maybe there is glitter that is non plastic? Will definetly look into this. 🤔✨✨✨
These past three days have been life changing and extremely transformative for me. Big words but its the truth. I've felt a calling to take a healing class, something that would seem very "out there" to me just a couple of years ago. I had no idea what to expect really but It was simply amazing in every way. It actually feels like I've been on a journey to a mountaintop and back. But more of an inner jorney obviously. My physical and emotional body is exhausted but so happy. I now own a diploma in Angelic Reiki 1 & 2 and can start to practise on friends and family (hint, hint ). I also got this beautiful master crystal. Forever grateful. 🦄🙏🏻✨
Been walking around in copenhagen today. Now sofa + banana/mango/fresh turmeric/cinnamon smoothie. 🍌🍌🍌
The weather has been really weird so far this summer. Almost no sunny warm days, which is quite common in Sweden. But its so humid all the time its making me tired and unmotivated. And the rainfalls! You could think we live in some kind of rainforest. Am I the only one who thinks this is worrying? It's not normal. It's weird. ☔️🌧⛅️🌪⛈💦
