this was supposed to be such a lovely autumn craft project... until /I/ exploded half a bottle of glue over the whole table and we swiftly moved on to the safer option consisting of colouring and numberblocks πŸ˜“πŸ˜±πŸ˜‚

I thought this was pretty funny πŸ˜… 19/2 ✨
We already had both a boy and a girl name picked out for this little one. Just like with Sam we came prepared πŸ˜‚ Destiny already suits her πŸ’–

The tears were streaming as the ultrasound technician zoomed in on her little heart beating away and the four chambers were so clearly visible. Motherhood is such a miracle. I can't believe I have this little girl growing and thriving inside me, I feel truly blessed πŸ’•πŸ‘¦πŸΎπŸ‘§πŸ½πŸ‘ΆπŸ½

great cooking day for yours truly. It was my husband's day off and we celebrated with tofu scramble and waffles for brunch and homemade pizza for dinner. I tried out a new vegan hard cheese alternative and it's gooood πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» Well done tesco!

Oh child, why are you trying to grow up and leave me?? Having another little life kicking around in my belly presents a stark reminder of how grown up my girl is already. My mama heart! ✨✨✨ How to amuse a toddler: let her peel the wrapping off crayons πŸ‘πŸ» (also great fine motor skills practice)

had the sister-in-law and niece over for coffee and a chat. Baked raspberry muffins to add to the bought stuff. So lovely spending time together, we need to do this more often.

Second ever dance class went amazingly well. I cried mid lesson because she was SO engaged, SO helpful, SO attentive and SO full of joy. I hope she grows up with a passion for dance and always help whoever is struggling in the gentle ways she demonstrated today πŸ’•πŸ’ƒπŸ½
(she had a three hour post dance nap, partly on me. This hasn't happened in ages)

took this one to toddler bop at the children's centre this afternoon. it was a class we'd never attended before and fell right on her usual naptime, but we were determined. Well... she spent most of the time adamantly NOT joining in, being very vocal shouting "NO" loudly during every song we sang πŸ˜’ but then, in true toddler fashion, she threw a tantrum when it was all over because she didn't want to leave 😩 Two year olds are great fun, huh πŸ˜‚
