Blueberry and spelt flour scone a la strawberry shortcake. And yes, I whipped the cream by hand. Did you really have to ask?

Korean pork shoulder scramble — this is one of the best breakfasts (and uses of leftovers) I've ever devised. The trick is lots of ginger and cooking the eggs on a very low flame, stirring constantly.

My plating could use some work, but my techniques are pretty good. Salmon cooked in parchment with garlic asparagus, some little potatoes, and a dijon aioli. Also some leftover bread.

This is what mac and cheese sounds like when you pull it from the oven.
Just getting ordinary ingredients for my ordinary cooking
Whole roasted branzino with some tarragon garlic almond sauce, roasted cauliflower, arugula salad. Good date dinner.
