Make so many wishes that the candle almost burns out. Thank you to my mom & dad for this beautiful cake 🎂 🍰 and being there for me no matter what. 🔥

My birthday is on 1/16 though so I hope preemptive wishes still count.

After -4 for a week, 40 feels like spring. (Although my assorted winter wear indicates otherwise❄️) #newyorkcity

I am so excited to share my first piece for the brand new @pastpresentpod x public seminar vertical. Here I write about how teenagers are often at the front lines of revolution & progressive action. Please go to the link in my bio to read it. Thank you to the incredible @nataliapetrzela for inviting me to contribute. And if you’re not following her & listening to the Past Present podcast, get on that!

It’s been a long year. Reflecting back, I can’t believe we all made it through year one of this regime. However, moments like the NYC #womensmarch still give me hope. We climbed up to the bridge by Grand Central to take photos. I am still overwhelmed thinking about this united crowd who took to the streets with a message of unity and love. #newyorkcity
