I'm not a sweets person, but I love chocolate chip cookies.
I wanted to try something without using regular flour so I used a coconut flour recipe instead. It turned out awesome!

My first batch came out a bit dry, but that's because coconut flour soaks up a lot of moisture.
I'm still making regular cookies for everyone else, but this is a nice low calorie treat for when my #sweettooth kicks in!

Throwback from when we came back from our trip.
#MEAL PREP WEEK 6!
The colors duke! 😂😂😂 This week is all about lean meat and all of the veggies! I'm a bit tired tonight, so tomorrow's roasting will include:
- Broccoli
- Rutabega (thanks to @sydneyeh for the idea!)
- and Kale!
Week #5 #mealprep on Sunday Morning! (It's night time now 😂) This will be a pretty long post.
I love creating new recipes when it comes to soup! This is a Cauliflower Soup made with lots of love (and an awesome hand blender) Message me for the recipe!

This new habit of mine is all thanks to a few awesome people. @kellybuffin for helping me understand what macros are and helping me make changes to my eating habits. If it wasn't for @mfrankli4 reminding me of how awesome you are, I would still be in a rut of over eating and failing with "fad" diets.
@memmymac has taught me so many ideas of how clean eating works and has changed how I look at food and nutrition in a holistic way. I thank you for introducing me to this wonderful lifestyle and I will keep looking up to you for more wholesome advice.

Week 4 of #mealprep!!
I had inspiration from my awesome manager @fortheloveofbruce with her amazing cheddar broccoli soup! I added chicken breast to it for extra protein. (@kellybuffin trying to hit those macros girl!) @memmymac the hand blender works wonders! Thank you!

Also trying out spaghetti squash! I haven't been eating pasta, so I've decided to see what all the hype is about.
Week three of #mealprep!!
Felt a bug coming through, so chicken soup is appropriate!

Second week of #mealprep! Last week was kind of rough cause I ran out of food on Wednesday 😭 but I made sure to have both filling and satisfying meals. I have my Tomato-less Chilli, Roasted Cauliflower, and Roasted Broccoli ready to go!
