Yaaaasss, my @innerorigin delivery of awesome, healthy products arrived today.

Since completing Date With Destiny a month ago, one of the big take aways (among so many other things) was that:⠀
Knowledge isn’t power!⠀
It is the application of that knowledge that is powerful.⠀

So many people read books, go to conferences and listen to podcasts hoping to improve themselves and their circumstances ... which I’m all about. So, how much of what you learn to you actually apply? Are you the type of person to make changes and try the things suggested? Or do you resort back to your old routine and beliefs?⠀

Success comes from applying knowledge ... SO TAKE ACTION!! ⠀

Since coming back into my normal life in Australia after the event, I have had to consciously create new routines so I am actually applying all the incredibly knowledge I learnt.⠀
I refuse to pay $5000 and flying half way around the world to go to a 6 day event and then come home and slipping back into my old way of life ... screw that!! I want more, I want to be better, I want to thrive.⠀
So I have chosen to take my focus away from worrying what people will think and devoted that attention onto improving myself.⠀
After all, I have never wanted to be one of the many ... the norm, so why try to get their approval?

I hope you can take a little inspiration from my lessons and do the same.
Trust yourself, trust your journey, take ACTION and don’t limit yourself because others don’t agree...they’ll get onboard when you’re a mega super star 🤩 ⠀

Lots of back to back meetings and clients today, so just had a very delayed lunch (at 4.40pm) to get me through some arvo computer work.
So many exciting things launching in the next 2 months and I can’t wait to share them all with you.
Finally, this year, feels like I am able to reap the rewards of the past 5 years of growth. Wahoooo 💃🏽🙌🏼🙋🏽‍♀️ Bring It On!!

Suchhh a productive arvo sorting all my business stuff. How good is the feeling when you close out the day KNOWING you progressed forward.
A big ass coffee from @nododonuts definitely helped the productivity levels ☕️🤤 A few months back I started implementing a new way of writting my “to-do” lists and it has been LIFE CHANGING. Soooo of course I had to include every little bit of it in my Magical Mentoring Program with ‘step by step’ instructions so you guys can conquer the world too 🌍

Only a few days now till it’s all up and running, so for everyone who has message me about getting your hands on this #MagicalMentoring workbooks ... STAY TUNED!!! Love you all 😘

Do you get frustrated at yourself when things don’t work out the way you had planned?⠀

I have definintely allowed myself to be a victim to this before…so you’re not alone.⠀

However over the years I have learnt to view these challenges as an opportunity.⠀

In fact, some of my biggest 'Screw Ups' have been my greatest learning experiences, because without adversity, you would never develop wisdom, and without wisdom, success will be short lived.⠀

I have learnt to look back on those times as blessings, because they have shaped my character, my values and my desire to help others.⠀

We all screw up, so stop punishing yourself, you know you are better than that moment of mishap. ⠀
Instead, I want you to think about this ... What if that moment was life happening FOR you, not TO you??⠀
Allowing you the opportunity to grow, to learn and to be better that you have been before.⠀
So ask yourself, what can I learn from this? ⠀
And don't you dare throw away your power and become a victim ... you have the power to change.⠀

Change your perspective and you change your life!! ⠀

So a bit of insight for you which I haven’t shared before.⠀⠀
When I was younger I was told I had “Auditory Processing Disorder” because I really struggled taking in content shared in a classroom, or remembering instructions (which use to really annoy my mum when she would tell me to unpack my bag, then 5 mins later I would walk out and ask her what she said again 😂)⠀⠀
This was why I really struggled at school when I was young...barely passing and also why I have never had a desire to go to Uni.⠀⠀
However I quickly realised that I retained every bit of information when it was delivered passionately or I was physically moving (like at swimming training) not just sitting in a classroom listening to a monotone teacher.⠀⠀
Then I heard this on a @tonyrobbins podcast and finally understood why I struggled so much to retain information.⠀⠀
⠀⠀ 7% of communication is WORDS⠀⠀
38% of communications is TONALITY (pitch)⠀⠀
55% of communication is PHYSIOLOGY (facial expressions etc)⠀⠀
If you struggle with public speaking, getting people to understand you, selling a product or communicating in general, remember this and hopefully it will really help you to not only feel more confident, but also engage more people with what you are saying. ⠀⠀
Remembering that it’s not about the words, it’s about HOW YOU SHARE IT!!! P.s I have worked out new ways to remember request and I’d like to think now I am actually very good 💁🏽‍♀️ maybe it was all the threats of mum using the wooden spoon 😂🥄

Since posting a few of my swimming sessions a few people have written messages saying that they are keen to get into swimming because they have a goal to lose weight.⠀
I know weight loss is a common goal for people which is why most of you are motivated to exercise.⠀
First off, having a goal to lose something seems backwards. A goal is something you aspire too, something you want to attain.⠀
So when setting goals for yourself, make sure you state them in the POSITIVE, not the NEGATIVE.⠀
For example, listen to the difference and comment below which sounds more empowering and exciting to you.⠀

Option 1 (majority of people)⠀
“I really want to lose weight so I don’t feel so tired and down on myself.”⠀

Option 2⠀
“I really want to become fitter so I can feel more confident, alive and healthy.⠀

There is such a slight mental shift in the 2 options, but you will find that the majority of people will have LASTING change when they are focused on what the WANT, rather than what they DON’T WANT.⠀

Does this make sense?⠀
Focusing on the positive result I want to attain has been a huge part of the success I have had over the years... so I hope you have found this helpful.

There have been so many people messaging me about the previous swimming session I posted and I'm THRILLED you guys have loved it⠀
Due to the many requests I have created a BEGINNERS SESSION & INTERMEDIATE SESSION below for you.⠀

The last session was fitness focused, so this next session is HIIT focused ... perfect for toning up and getting lean.⠀
I will be doing this Intermediate session tomorrow ... who is joining me???⠀


100 easy⠀
2 x 50 kick (if you don't have a board, kick on your back)⠀
4 x 50 explode 15m of every 50⠀
100 easy⠀

6 x 50 DIVE (if possible) Sprint 25m | easy 25m⠀
*take 30 sec rest between each 50 and make sure you don't use the stairs to get out for the dives... work those arms⠀

100 easy⠀
100 (kick 50m | pull 50m)⠀

TOTAL = 1km⠀


200 easy⠀
3 x 100 kick (if you don't have a board, kick on your back)⠀
8 x 50 explode 15m of every 50⠀

Starting 2018 with healthy intentions and goals that I plan to carry forth into this new year!

After a few days of relaxing, lots of snacking and a few 🍷 I was motivated to kick start the year with my “hour of power” = a 20min meditation, lemon water and a 30min sweaty AF outdoor workout.

New years resolutions are a waste of time in my opinion. Everyone has the best of intentions but set unmaintainable, unrealistic goals which set you up to fail before you even give yourself a chance to succeed.
Who has done this before?
I most certainly have. Over the years I’ve set goals to lose huge amounts of weight, to workout every single day, or to never eat junk food again...all focusing on the negative and the things that are WRONG. Also setting myself up to fail if heaven forbid, one day I couldn’t fit in a workout, so screw it, I’ve ruined it all now.
Relate anyone?

In my experience, goals that excite you and PULL to towards them are far more powerful and sustainable that goals that you are trying to PUSH away from.
Can you set the difference?

So in starting this new year, I have set goals that empower me, goals that inspire me to grow and goals that help me to continue being the best I can be.
For me that’s:
✔️Ensuring my body is thriving
✔️Reading books that inspire me
✔️Learning from others that are doing what I aspire to do
✔️Travelling more
✔️Learning from every experience, positive or negative
✔️Doing work that fulfils me and contributes to other people lives for the better
✔️Getting outside my comfort zone as often as possible, because that’s the only way we really grow.

What are some of your goals for 2018?

I’m honestly so blown away by nature’s beauty.
I’ve been to @tasmania before for swimming comps and training camps but never had a chance to explore.
Look at this view!!!
Doesn’t the expansiveness of it make you feel as though anything’s possible? That you can conquer your personal challenges? And that you can be, do & have anything you set your mind to?
That’s how this view of Mount Wellington makes me feel.
If you ever need a ‘pick me up’ or mental reset, walk outside and admire the incredible beauty, power and effortless flow of has a powerful way of calming you and reminding you of what’s REALLY important in life.

On my way to Perth to spend sometime with my man and his family.⠀

This time of year causes you to reflect on the progress you have made, the goals you achieved, or didn’t achieve and prepare for an even better year ahead.⠀
This year I launched my very first company @racerice and became an entrepreneur ... a goal I’ve had for years.⠀

I’m incredibly grateful for the support of you guys and the amazing customers who gave such positive feedback on the bars, my incredible family at @innerorigin who also sold my bars, but most of all, I’m grateful for the MANY lessons I learnt.⠀

I decided right before I went overseas that I would no longer sell the bars myself online, as the process of packaging and shipping the bars every couple of days was taking away time from my true passion of mentoring. ⠀
I’m proud of how much growth the company has had in its initial year, selling almost 70,000bars and donating 70,000 bars to Australians in need. A beautiful & rewarding feeling to contribute to others in need in a far bigger way than I could ever do as an individual.⠀

The reason I share this is because a lot of people have a fear of failure. Do you hold yourself back because you’re scared to fail? Or afraid of what others will think of you?⠀

I don’t believe in failure. I see every experience as a learning opportunity and a chance for me to grow into the woman I so desire to be.⠀
I could look at this decision to stop selling the bars as a failure, however I feel really excited to now have the time to continue sharing and growing my mentoring business with all the knowledge I gained from launching & running @racerice.⠀
More to come on that tomorrow.⠀

Thank you once again for your continual support and positive vibes that you send...I feel incredibly grateful to have such a loving community online.⠀

I’m so incredibly grateful to have a kind, caring & understanding partner. Someone who allows me to shine (and make most of the decisions) and who will always be there for me.

The universe blessed me with the best soul on this planet and I feel incredibly blessed.

Last night we went to watch the Penguins at Low Head come up on the beach to Preen and feed heir babies. It was soooo sweet!!!

Such a great way to end our family Christmas Day.
I can’t get over how magnificent the sunsets are here. This photo was at 9PM 😲 Huge change from being in California, where currently the sun is setting at 5pm.

We decided to go away this year for Christmas and it’s been so fun because we have done lots of hikes & activities...instead of just chillin at home.

Back in Australia after 3 weeks in the states and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable flight home.
I’ve flown with @qantas ever since I won my Gold Medals out of choice #NotSponsored because the service and attendants always go above and beyond. During tonight’s 13hr flight I got to meet so many superstar attendants, one of which was telling me how her son was a huge fan when he was 7 and I was competing. She was telling me how he had my @davenportundies poster on his wall and always wanted to meet me. So we took a pic together so she can embarrass her son who’s now 15 😂

Stories like that always make me feel so blessed to have had the ability to influence others and I take that honour very seriously.
I’m incredibly blessed to have the life I have, the ability to travel and experience various cultures and most of all contribute to others lives positively.

Thank you again @qantas for a fantastic trip home... Now I’m off to Launceston to see my family for Christmas 🎄 sending the biggest blessings to you all.
