So many gorgeous desserts on our new @jamiesitalianuk Christmas menu this year. We've got a ridiculously good dark chocolate brownie with Christmas pudding ice cream, a clementine sorbet with caramelised orange and pomegranate, not to mention our wobbly grappa panna cotta, plus more!! These little beauties are Jerusalem artichokes. I grow them in my garden and they have just come into season! You can serve them in all sorts of inventive and delicious ways – mashing, roasting or sautéing them is a good place to start. They give you an unbeatable mild, nutty flavour.
