Check these out! @barbecoa Piccadilly has launched gorgeous new BURGERS on their bar menu, oh yes!! One of my favourite recipes inspired by my trip to LA... these epic breakfast tortillas are a brilliant way to start the day. I just love the fresh tomato and spring onion paired with silky smooth eggs, creamy avocado and a drizzle of hot chilli sauce – a total winner for breakfast or brunch, and so easy, too! These little beauties are Jerusalem artichokes. I grow them in my garden and they have just come into season! You can serve them in all sorts of inventive and delicious ways – mashing, roasting or sautéing them is a good place to start. They give you an unbeatable mild, nutty flavour.
