Do you wanna feel this good when you finish working out? You can! You will! All you have to do is start.
I’m starting another challenge starting November 1st. I’m trying to eat for the holidays and want to be sure that I don’t feel too guilty about it. Of course there’s meal plans and all the bells and whistles that comes along with challenge groups. The difference is you’ll have me and my free spirited self cheering you on and doing my best to help you reach your goals so that when the holidays come around you can pig the hell out. Hehehehehe. There’s always going to be some sort of resistance in your life when you’re trying to be or do something great. It’s so important to have a support system to help you get out/over that resistance. My support system today was you guys. I went live as I pushed play and was given motivation just because I knew I had an audience. I didn’t want to let you guys down nor did I want to let myself down by not giving it my all.
Do you all find that you want to do your best when you know someone is watching you? Well, we all have someone watching us every last single moment of our lives and that someone is God. When resistance of any kind shows up at a time when you need to be great just remember that God is watching you. I know you don’t want to let Him/Her down.

Being a coach it’s important to keep myself motivated day in and day out. Everyday I go to Pinterest and choose the best motivational quote that speaks to me that day.
Today I was thinking about words that help ground me and these 3 words came to me:

I’ve come to accept my legs will always be thick and to be honest I’d have them no other way 💕

I’m grateful that the workout programs I do aren’t about getting skinny in 3 months but all about getting/staying fit and healthy for a lifetime.
