In the spirit of unofficial challenges, I have teamed up with @sadhanaayoga for a special one for WOMEN! 💁🏻‍♀️
We were recently discussing how important it is to learn how to soften the abdomen, since it impacts healthy functioning of a woman’s body. Many of us do this unconsciously when our bodies or minds are stressed. Specifically, softening the abdomen improves nervous, reproductive, endocrine, and digestive system functioning.
For both of us, learning how NOT 🙅🏻‍♀️ to grip or harden the abdomen in our daily lives has been of incredible importance. We invite you join us in our practice for a woman’s health😌💘🌟

Nello spirito delle sfide non ufficiali, sto collaborando con @sadhanaayoga in un progetto speciale per le donne 💁🏻‍♀️
Abbiamo discusso recentemente di quanto sia importante imparare a mantenere un addome morbido, durante la pratica ma anche fuori dal tappetino, poiché ha un effetto sul sano funzionamento del corpo di una donna. Molte di noi contraggono l’addome inconsciamente, quando i nostri corpi o le nostre menti si trovano in uno stato di stress. In particolare, un addome morbido migliora il funzionamento del sistema nervoso, riproduttivo, endocrino e digestivo.
Per me e per Amita, apprendere come NON 🙅🏻‍♀️contrarre l'addome è stata di notevole importanza sia nella pratica che nella nostra vita quotidiana. Vi invitiamo ad unirvi a noi in questa pratica per la tua salute della donna😌💘🌟
