No filter view from the Hotel Madeline pool - it is gorgeous up here (even if it’s tough for me to breathe at around 9500 ft elevation)

Spent the last week in Telluride helping the Hotel Madeline join the Auberge family- very excited to have such a great people on the team! Even the bears here have excellent taste.

Made some tepache as a cocktail component for today's tequila-focused cocktail class! If you're not familiar with it, Tepache is a traditional fermented beverage using pineapple rinds, piloncillo sugar, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. It is also delicious - slightly spritzy with a good balance of fruit, spice, and a touch of wild yeast funk.
