In 4 weeks I've went from my first squats of 50kg till today when I managed 100kg for 5 reps, 50kg progress in 5 leg workouts in the 4 weeks or so! Mega happy #teampeak #gym #gymtime #gymloss #gymmotivation #fatloss #squats #squatpress #100kg #personalbest
