Homemade Papaya Salad with Shrimp Rice Cracker, thanks my sister @leenga for making it! My mouth is on fire, but I couldn't stop eating 😋
This morning I had the pleasure to participate in a cooking demo with @marcuscooks at the Ferry Building Farmers Market. We made Avocado Toast with Soft Scramble Eggs and Fried Chicken. The mashed avocado and eggs were extra creamy and flavorful when blending in @spectrumorganic Organic Olive Oil. The chicken was crispy and cooked fast using @spectrumorganic coconut oil because of it's high smoke point. Spectrum products are the highest quality of ingredients, the olives are taste tested and and selected. Can't wait to try some recipes at home with healthier oils I took home, but nothing beats cooking outside with the Bay Bridge as our view. #sponsored #evolive

After my Skype session and questionnaire with @Herbalife Nutrition registered dietitian, Susan Bowerman, she concluded that I was lacking calcium in my diet. She said it was important for women in their 30s to intake enough calcium daily. Your maximum bone density is reached by about age 30 and calcium helps build and maintain bones. This Shrimp Spinach Pasta is part of my meal plan because both shrimp and spinach are sources of calcium, but I am still supplementing everyday with Xtra-Cal Advance to support bone density & healthy teeth. #ad

Tried @lovemysilk Plant-based Vanilla Almond Creamer today in my coffee. It's slightly sweetened with cane sugar and natural flavors and it taste so creamy. I hear there's a Pumpkin flavor for a limited time too! #ad #silkcreamer
