NYC 1/12: the final shot in my New York collection is another of the Manhattan Bridge. I had some fun with the long exposure here. We were in Brooklyn Bridge Park when I took this shot.

NYC 2/12: this is the view from One World Trade. It's a little pricy but totally worth it. The view is unbeatable unless you are a helicopter pilot in Manhattan

NYC 3/12: New York at night took on an entirely different feel. The view from Brooklyn Bridge Park was one of my favorite spots to take in the view.

NYC 4/12: One World Trade is so tall when you stand directly underneath it looks like a pyramid.

NYC 7/9: there's no shortage of great street performers in New York. These two looked like they were straight from Asheville, North Carolina and drew quite a crowd. They were killing it!

NYC 9/12: this is the sweetest pic of NYC I have... Sure this isn't a sexy skyline image but I loved Little Italy and especially the sweet treats. I could eat cannolis and black and white cookies all day.

NYC 10/12: sure just about everyone to walk the Brooklyn Bridge has this shot, but I don't care. The first date I had with my wife included walking this bridge, and I think that's pretty cool.

NYC 12/12: my next collection will feature another city with a lot of meaning to me. I spent 7 years living in Connecticut and New York was a frequent place to visit. I fell in love with the city over the years. In fact, it's one thing I genuinely miss about living in the Northeast. This is the Manhattan Bridge as seen from Brooklyn.

Isle of Skye 1/15: this old abandoned church is everything I loved about Skye. There was character everywhere. I have no idea how old this building is, or what its story is but it still captured my attention. Skye is amazing.

Isle of Skye 2/12: Our last morning on Skye we drove out to see the lighthouse of Neist Point. It was here the sun finally decided to break through for us. As we were standing there the skies went from grey and gloomy to a beautiful blue. We hung out for a bit to take it in before setting off for Edinburgh.
