Bopped into @realgoodjuiceco this AM and ordered a juice with celery, kale, Swiss chard, dandelion greens, parsley, ginger and lemon. Apparently the guy told me that the juice was in the fridge for me to grab, but instead I waited around for 15 mins thinking that it was just ‘taking a while’. 😂😂 Juice was so “worth the wait” tho. #realfood #realgood

NOVEMBER'S READ🌙 The cover of this book is a bit deceiving (in my opinion) because truly the purpose of it is to encourage women to fall in love with their hormones, and everything that comes along with their monthly cycle. This book taught me so much, and I would recommend that any woman who wants to be more in tune to her body should read it. Choosing to read it again this month just because I love it that much🙋🏻 #hormonebalance #womenshealth

I need to get bigger bowls because there almost wasn't enough room for all of the good stuff today😱 greens, sautéd kale, cauliflower with turmeric, Brussels, alfalfa sprouts, red cabbage, spiced cashews and almonds, and never forget the avocado with red pepper flakes. I don't think I'd consider a bowl complete without avocado🤷🏻‍♀️

a "treat" implies something special - something that you don't get everyday. it doesn't always have to be food. it can be a vase of flowers that you buy yourself, or a candle lit bath after a hard week. whatever it is, it's special because it's something that's extra great. today, my treat is this bowl of @evolvepaleochef grainless granola with cashew dark chocolate and coconut mint chip ice cream. tomorrow's treat is going to be some 1-on-1 time wit my mama❣️HPY FRIDAY! #realfood #treatyoself

I didn't fully mealprep this Sunday, but I did manage to roast some of my favorite vg's for my lunches this week. your meal prep doesn't always have to be on fleek to say you're eatin' good🖖🏼

being sick twice in two months is a hard reminder of how important it is to COMPLETELY slow down. not just meditate and sleep well, although those are so important, but to for real slow down from activity, worry and work. it's hard, but our bodies send us little reminders (like feeling extra fatigued or headachy) before they get sick on us. we just need to pay attention and listen to them ALL the time instead of only at their breaking points. 🌙❣️ #selfcare #listentoyourbody

My brother, who lives in Tokyo, was telling me about his favorite Thai food in Japan, and for the rest of the day all I could think about was a creamy, coconutty, spicy broth with veggies. Made it a reality for dinner tonight🤤 Broccoli, red cabbage, wild-caught shrimp, kale and carrots atop cauliflower rice with a coconut milk curry broth. Healthy fats to support my hormonal phase and nutrients from dark greens and some of my favorite veggies. Happy Monday humans (at first I thought it was Tuesday so happy Tuesday too)✨

It IS possible to enjoy a sugarless brownie☝🏼back in June when I did the elimination diet, sugar wasn't allowed along with quite a long list of other things. Long story short, when incorporating foods back into my diet, the three things that make the BIGGEST difference in the way that I feel are grain, sugar and dairy. Without these three ingredients, my body feels 💯after eliminating sugar from your diet, or being very particular about when you consume it, you're body stops craving it so often. my life has changed in so many ways by changing my diet and really getting in tune with my body❤️you can do it to and it is so worth it. *Sweet Potato brownies with unsweetened chocolate and almond/coconut butter*
