She might not understand why I powerlift. Hate how my hands be looking, talk shit on how to be careful with my back and knees but at the end she's my #1 supporter and my best friend 💕 te amo ama! 👑

Now that I'm done with meet prep there's some things I would like to switch up. So I decided to try a different set up and also widen my grip a little. My right elbow tends to cave in once it starts to get heavy.
Is there any workouts or advice you guys recommend for that problem? Also, what do you girls do for a bigger arch?! 😭

Daaam do I look good with my medal LOL I remember when I did my first meet i seen girls with their medals and I was like "aww they look cute, I want one!" look at me now ma! 💁‍♂️ I've been putting in mad work at the lab and it was all worth it. Now time to clean things up, switch things up and soon enough get back on the platform 😈

So this happened Saturday 🙆‍♂️ I took 1st in my weight class! 🎖I left right after my deadlifts attempts I just wanted to go smoke a fat blunt tbh. I'll post my videos later guys!!!

So today I hit 295 it wasn't pretty & it most deffenetly wouldn't count at the meet but this is what these 2 weeks of training I have left are for to fix these little mistakes & improve so they'll look clean on meet day #wutangwednesday

Today was a good day 😏 we just have to remember this sport is all mental & it's you against yourself! So just go out there and prove yourself wrong 😈 it's getting close to meet day & I just can't wait. My body is sore I'm foam rolling the whole time in between sets but that's not going to hold be back because those are all just excuses! 👊
