A while back, a young man online reached out to me asking for a program that would help him build muscle to not be so skinny (team mates were picking on him after practice everyday for being so skinny). Anyway, I created this for him. SIDE NOTE: Females can use this as well. Within the book, I give the amounts of weights suggested for this particular client. You can make adjustments.

directions: cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. then coat it with a generous layer of ghee or avocado oil. season with himalayan pink salt,
@primalpalate adobo and meat & potato seasonings. place in baking dish with 2 tbsp water (cut side up) and bake at 400F for 45-50 min depending on your oven. enjoy!
