Finally finished my Spindexer system including the 3d printed control box. It uses a gear reduction box coupled with a NEMA23 motor and a small 3 jaw chuck. All electronic controls are driven by an arduino and A4988 motor driver.

Ready to assemble! My #diy spindexer for 4th axis machining. All of the aluminium parts were machined manually. The stepper is controlled by an #arduino via a4988 driver which gets super hot hence the big ass heatsink.

Same idea with the previous post. A weather forecast driven gadget. This time in a wooden enclosure. I've printed ABS parts and turned the wooden section on the lathe. I've used a mini mill for the slotting.
