Here are two people that inspire me, my wife Courtney and my son Garrett. They inspire me to be the best husband and daddy I can be. #GREATNESSCHALLENGE #Day5 @lewishowes

"Children are wonderfully confident in their own imaginations. Most of us lose this confidence as we grow up." - Sir Ken Robinson
This is a great reminder to bring out the beginner's mind from time to time. This is essential if we want to continue growing in life. #GREATNESSCHALLENGE #Day4 @lewishowes

#GREATNESSCHALLENGE #Day3 is what part of your morning routine will help you with your vision? My ideal morning would be doing a version of the #MiracleMorning method from @hal_elrod where I will Meditate using the @headspace app, recite daily affirmations, visualize my day, and me achieving my goals, some form of exercise whether it's push-ups, or training for a half marathon, reading a min of 10 pages a day (Currently reading: How to be Everything by @emiliewapnick), and journaling what I am grateful for...However being a new dad is teaching me to be extremely flexible, I may not get to do all the elements all at once or at all. Sometimes my morning routine turns into an afternoon routine, or a before bed routine. @lewishowes

It's #DAY2 of the #GREATNESSCHALLENGE and the question is the biggest challenge/obstacle that you need to embrace and overcome to make your vision come true? For me it's the need to be perfect and the fear that I won't be liked. As silly as that sounds as I type this it comes up from time to time. When you are trying to make a difference in the world you will be met with people that won't agree with you, and there will be mistakes. That all is ok, and part of the game. @lewishowes
My vision is to help over committed adults find harmony between play and work. I feel this is necessary because Play is the catalyst for innovation, productivity, and joy! #GREATNESSCHALLENGE #Day1 @lewishowes
