Having 2 picky eaters and 1 with sensory issues can make it difficult to make sure they're getting enough nutrients. #planetbox has made a huge difference in getting them to eat different things. last year they pretty much ate the same food day after day, this year they actually Ask to try new things🤗

This is one of my new favorites, its delicious and super easy to make😍

🌱chipotle seasoned tempeh & black beans
🌱 corn

Green goddess smoothie bowl🌱🌞 ✨2 handfuls of spinach ✨1 nectarine
✨1 frozen banana
✨1 cup frozen mango
✨1 Tablespoon vitamineral green powder
✨1 Tablespoon flax seed
✨1 cup water ✨ Top with your choice of fruits/nuts/seeds/etc
Tip: Chew your smoothies! chewing your smoothies helps your body better absorb nutrients by signaling to your brain that food is coming, which in turn helps prepare your body for digestion. This is just one of the reasons why I love smoothie bowls!
