Full info on Autumn’s Day of Food below:

PLAN C (1,800-2,099 calories): Pre-Workout: Oats, 1 tsp. nut butter, Fixate Breakfast Sausage, scrambled with kale (Green, red, yellow, tsp)

Energize: 20-30 minutes before workout

Hydrate: Sip during workout

Post Workout Supplement: Banana + Recover (purple)

Post Workout Meal: Grilled Chicken, Asparagus, brown rice, tsp of olive oil to cook with
(Green, red, yellow, tsp.)
Meal 1: Shakeology, 1 tsp. nut butter, strawberries, & spinach (Green, purple, red, tsp.)
Meal 2: Salad mix, blueberries, steak, quinoa, avocado, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper or other seasoning to taste for a big salad (Green, purple, red, yellow, blue, tsp.)
Meal 3: Grilled Salmon, sesame seeds, potatoes, cauliflower mash made with 1 tsp olive oil (Green, red, yellow, orange, tsp.)
