Single leg booty & balance workout #workoutsbylayla
Do all 3 exercises on one leg and then switch legs
10 Rows from single leg deadlift T-position hold (weight is in same hand as standing leg)
10 Slow staggered stance deadlift (weight is in same hand as standing leg) On your way down, count to 4 & on your way up, count to 2
10 single leg deadlift rows (weight is in opposite hand as standing leg)

10 each leg- Weighted step up to curtesy lunge
20 Pulse squats
Repeat x3
Then
8-10 Front squats
8-10 Trap bar deadlift (Increase weight and decrease reps every set)

Glutes & Hamstrings with a #stressfracture (video is sped up)- Since I can't put much pressure on my L foot here's how I modified my 🍑day! Comment with any questions on form, on weight, etc.
15 Kneeling squats
Banded glute work (do all exercises on one leg first and focus on squeezing the glute you are isolating):
10 Glute kickback
10 Lateral lifts
10 Glute up & overs
10 Straight leg pulses
