Thanks to @showerpill I can go from my morning workout to kickboxing at @Ilkb_redondobeach and not feel so nasty. Sure not taking a shower isn’t ideal but when you have big goals like I do and a busy schedule, a quick wipe down with these antibacterial wipes gets me through another sweat before getting home πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’¦πŸ˜›

Mentally and physically I feel strong πŸ’ͺ🏼 my mind was right all day today, I was gentle with myself, allowed my body to rest and my mind to chill. I set my intention for the day and I crushed it. So grateful for this @nordictrack team, kickin ass in our fitness game for 6 weeks now. Celebrating the half way mark with you all was a blessing (and I think my throat is still sore from all the screaming after that runway show). Holding on tight to my girl #fusioncst from @nordictrack after crushing week 6. Half way through this journey with her and I feel AMAZING! I've not only gained muscle to physically see something when I flex, but I've learned to flex my mind into a new type of dedication. I was NEVER a morning person. Hated getting out of bed before 9am. The past 6 weeks I've woken up at 5:30am every day and I'm happy. Sometimes the cranky girl comes out but she's still happy under there. Flexing is not just a physical thing. This is proof it doesn't take long to get a solid workout in to start or end your day on a healthy note. 30 min of HIIT...that's ONLY 2% of your day. We all have that time. At first, it was a good photo opp in natural lighting while running errands. After I took the photo, I stared at it. I haven't felt this beautiful in awhile. I've been stripping myself of the internal cheerleader I'm born with. It doesn't matter how much I workout or how much makeup I wear, if I don't love myself, nothing else matters. I get to remind myself every day that I AM STRONG, I AM WORTHY, I AM BEAUTIFUL! βœŒπŸΌβ€πŸ’πŸΌ

Thank you to @ifit for not only this delicious vanilla protein but for the amazing meals from nutritionists @meganjanesplate and @refuelwithmichelle I've never felt so good in my life with @nordictrack workouts and food that fuels my body before and after. If you've followed my journey the last month, you know I've been pushing my body to its limits and it wouldn't be possible without these amazing people rooting me on the entire away along with my workout buddies. Stretching is just as important as recovery! I honestly didn't pay much attention to stretching before and after my workouts until I started working out 6 days a week. Muscles need to be warmed up and stretched to prevent injury, sustain & increase your range of motion and support you in recovery. STRETCH everyone! Don't skip out on it. 5 min before and 5 min after is all it takes πŸ’ͺ🏼
What is up fit fam? Happy Friyay!!! I am so pumped (haha get it πŸ’ͺ🏼). I'm in a goofy mood because it's Friday, I'm feeling energetic from all the hard work I've been putting into my body and I'm so so excited to finally announce what I've been doing for my workouts and who I've been doing it with. @nordictrack yes yes yes THE NordicTrack.
