I'm supposed to be doing programs for clients and my Rapid Fire Metabolic Mayhem (Fat loss) program ..but he says otherwise..he seems to start on my shoulder and toll up into a ball and slide right over to the middle of my chest where nothing can be done...typing tjis now as I have to use the bathroom lol

Oddly enough many people are posting the same quote as if that's the only 1 they know or if they just copy and posted to say they understood Dr.King and his messages..Yet many of the same posting were also very against Kaps reasonings yet they fought for the same . In my short life I've been privileged to go to the landmarks of where he marched, where he spoke , and even where he was murdered..Make sure that even with kids having today off from school you are still educating yours no matter your walk of life, color, or creed.

In fact, a recent study actually showed that eating 1-2 meals per day may actually be better for fat loss than eating 5+ meals per day. Bottom line- eat however many meals per day that works for your lifestyle, personality, and goals.
