Burgundy oxalis for breakfast. I guess that's just how I roll these days.
Coming to the @fodderpopup menu... partridge, anise hyssop syrup, salt-baked beets, kalibos cabbage and game and beer sauce (using *that* stock we made from the @e5bakehouse Off-cuts). Game on.

The perks of running a pop-up: leftover chickweed for my scrambled eggs. It's nice. It's even better with the torched sweetcorn and crispy mushrooms that make up the opening snack @fodderpopup.
