I visited my new school today and I officially start teaching PE on Monday 😆🤗 Then grad school starts August 28! Soooo clearly posting on this account has not been a priority as of late 🙈🤷🏻‍♀️ my life is changing...I start grad school for speech-language pathology in August and I also start a new job at a private school in August as a part time PE teacher + speech-language pathology assistant 🎉👏🏼 I recently started a speech blog to document my grad school journey over at @thesocialspeechie and I post regularly on my personal account @jessmmassey - I'd love to hang out with y'all at both of those places so come say hi! I'll try to post here sometimes but I'm not sure how often it'll happen. I still LOVE lifting every day but I do it for me (sans selfies 😂) and I've also been seriously getting into yoga...I love y'all and I'm so thankful for your support over the years! Here's to celebrating America this weekend and creating a life I want to live 🇺🇸🍾💛

Complete 4 rounds of:
• 20 lunge slams
• 10 plank jack cross climbers (1 rep = 3 jacks + 2 cross climbers)
• 20 in + out jack slams • 10 squat chops

When laundry day (hence the naked bed) + hair washing day (hence the greasy, slicked back bun) fall on the same day 🙃🙈😂 it's fine, just keeping it real! About to knock out a HIIT cardio session then hit the yoga mat bc y'all know I've been loving it lately. Oh and GUESS WHAT? I have 3 spots left for July online training 🎉 if you wanna work together, send me and email and let's crush some goals 👯 k byeee!

HIIII GUYS 🤗 Here's a lunge variation workout that y'all can try! Complete 4 sets of 20 reps for each one. I just finished up training legs (hence why my face is so red 😅🍅) and now it's time to edit workout videos for Glisten Online Gym 💪🏼 oh and the last picture (swipe left a few times) is just a little yoga update 🌀Happy Monday #fitfam

Current fave meal: sweet potato spirals cooked in the air fryer (makes em nice and crispy), lettuce, refried beans, avocado, salsa, Greek yogurt (sour cream replacement), queso, cheddar cheese, and cilantro 🌮🙌🏼

Hi guys! My workouts have been looking different lately 🙏🏼 I'm doing yoga almost every day and I haven't been on the stair master in weeks. I'm still lifting heavy things (bc I loooove it) but I'm also exploring other ways to move my body 🤸🏻‍♀️ It's okay for your fitness to change - do what feels good for the season you're in ✨ (this is a repost from my personal account @lovelylittlethings.jess 💛) Things are changing in my life so I don't know how often I'll be posting here - feel free to visit me on my personal account to stay in touch!

Shoulders + HIIT cardio done 💪🏼time to go run some errands and work the day awayyyy! I'm filming the remainder of the 2017 workouts for Glisten Online Gym over the next 3 weeks so I am NECK DEEP in editing 😅 trying to knock them all out before I start grad school in August! HAPPY FRIDAY #fitfam 🎉

HI WOW HELLO it's been a minute 😅 tbh, sometimes I forget about this account 😂🙈 I post more regularly on my personal one @lovelylittlethings.jess buttttt anyway. Just finished filming 9 (😅) workouts for Glisten Online Gym and it's time to eat. YOU GUYS. My kickass friend (and now online client wuuut) @hannahegregus made this salad dressing and shared the recipe on her account. It looked/sounded good so I figured hey, let's try this 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've always wanted to make my own dressing but it's intimidated me. I mixed the stuff she said and 🙌🏼 probs never buying dressing at the store again. TRY THIS, I promise you won't be sorry! Non fat Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, pink salt, pepper, and cilantro. YOU'RE WELCOME 🥗 (Hannah you da best gurl)

Just finished up a lower body workout but my arm veins have no chill 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 I love starting my week off (Monday) and wrapping my week up (Friday) with lower body so that I can take it easy and recover over the weekend. I'll be catching up on client programs tonight so I can play in the sunshine all weekend ☀️🎉 Happy Friday #fitfam!

Hiiiii friends 🤗 first of all THANK YOU SO MUCH for being excited about my Jeep with me 🎉👏🏼 y'all are just the best! I promised a workout would be up today so here you go! I looove training glutes and these are some of my bread + butter (aka staple) booty moves. Complete 4 rounds of:
• 12 RDLs
• 10/10 single arm sumo squats • 20/20 forward + reverse lunge combos (each lunge = 1 rep)
• 15/15 glute kickbacks •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
The band I'm using is the Slingshot by Mark Bell (got it on Amazon) and it's basically a resistance band on steroids. It's intense in the best way 🍑😅 pants are @bombshellsportswear if you're curious! HAPPY SWEATING, #fitfam 😆

Hi friends! 2 posts in one day, say whaaaaat?! It must be summer 😂 so happy to be on a break from school! Soaking in + appreciating every sweet summertime second ☀️ For today's workout all you need is a set of dumbbells! I'm using 10 pounds. Complete 4 rounds of:
• 21 3-way shoulder raises (each lift counts as 1 rep)
• 10 plank combos (1 rep = row, row, plank jack, knee to elbow, knee to elbow)
• 15/15 static lunges
• 10 weighted jump squats
