Top left - standing bench press - walk forward into rope is tight - then press only your arms forward to move tire = top right - squat to shrug ! Drop tire at the Height of your lift, do not release slowly unless you are using very light weight(careful of your toes on drop) = bottom left - sledge hammer to tire like chopping wood (carefully of hammer bouncing off tire) = bottom right..... Pick up that bitch and sprint until you fall down or puke - this I great for journalist or adventure peeps who may be carrying over 60 lbs I to an environment where you may have to move quickly to avoid danger
I know in the upper right corner you're probably lifting the tire, but it looks like you're about to make it a hula hoop. It's very entertaining. :)
