Molly likes to chase.
Home visit for vaccination and microchipping. Molly thought it was the best fun ever - despite the owees.

Can't get enough of these gorgeous blue-faced honeyeaters
This tiny little nugget is a newly hatched (few days) pink & grey galah and it is entirely healthy. The bizarre second head at the top of its wing is actually the crop, full of food. The skin is so thin you can see all the food inside the crop.
So this is pretty awesome - it's the first year anniversary of our vet hospital and this tree out the front turns orange. 😁😙
I love this boi! Meet Bones. The lovely Bones came under my care many years ago after he ate a long-necked turtle and was completely paralysed with botulism. His recovery took weeks but there was no stopping this battler.
Saw him today and he's looking tip top. What a dog 🐕
The Bridled nail-tailed wallaby.
With only about 1000 of these guys remaining in the wild I'm not sure why they are only classed as vulnerable by the IUCN.
Playing with snakes. 8kg of carpet python. Love these guys!
Spinifex hopping mouse. One of Australia's more remarkable marsupials, these guys are adapted to the most arid of conditions and need no drinking water.

Little egret at the David Fleay Wildlife Park.
Flying home into the sunset. It's been an awesome holiday, and many more pics to come!
I've known of Remmy the Staffy for some time. Today I got to meet Remmy at last. Today is also world animal day so that is delightfully appropriate. This gorgeous hound was born in New Zealand but now lives in Adelaide.
I met him in Brisbane but that's another story!

Pretty sure this is an agile wallaby. Really should have paid more attention to the signs at the marvellous David Fleay Wildlife Park (that Instagram doesn't seem to know about)
