When god tells you not to eat the forbidden fruit. 🍎
Decided to treat myself to an early birthday present! 🚙#birthdayweek
Happy birthday, Monkey! 🐵
I don't know what I'd do if I wasn't constantly annoying you, but you must not mind it too much since you've stuck around this long! Haha, in all seriousness, I'm so thrilled that you're in my life. You really are somethin' special, Bub. I wish you the happiest 23rd birthday anyone could ever have! Love ya! 💕
Two wonderful years with this goon. 💕
The picture on the left was taken less than a year ago, and the saddest part is that wasn't even me at my heaviest weight. I went through a lot of changes after graduating college last year, and unfortunately I put taking care of myself on the back burner. I am so thankful that I now work for a company that encouraged me to make my health a priority again. Back in April, my company started a weight loss competition, and truthfully, I was very reluctant to join at first. I thought I wasn't going to do well, or I thought I would quit halfway through. And to everyone's surprise, including my own, I pushed through and actually WON the competition! The picture on the right is a picture of me today. I lost 45.8 lbs and 19.9% of my body weight in just 3 months. But more importantly, I gained a healthy lifestyle and a new sense of confidence that I've been lacking for the last couple years. I'm honestly so proud of what I've accomplished, and I'm so excited to continue my fitness journey. Thanks to my friends and family that supported me through it all. I don't know if I could have done it without you guys! 💕
Happy Valentine's Day to the biggest goofball I know! Every day is an adventure with this one, but I wouldn't want it any other way. Thank you so much for making me laugh and smile on a daily basis. You are my best friend, Tanner. 💕
Warning: This is a cheesy, but sincere New Years post

I think we can all agree that 2016 was a rough year. Friends, family members, and beloved idols were lost. We powered through a very divisive and emotional election. Tragedies struck communities worldwide. But even though it is easy to let these negative moments consume our memories of 2016, I have to reflect on some of the positive things that happened in my personal life in the past year. After four, stressful years, I finally graduated from The University of Indianapolis. I was able to travel to California for the first time with some of my best friends. I started my professional career at a great company in Indianapolis. I moved into a house with my best friend and partner in crime, and our relationship has matured because of it. Who knows what 2017 will hold, but I will continue to celebrate my own personal accomplishments, and I'm glad that I will have @tanman_817 at my side throughout it. Thank you for another wonderful year! ❤️
Today I voted for the first time in my life. I've been eligible to vote for five years now, but I never necessarily thought my vote was very important until this election cycle. This vote is important to me for many reasons, but above all I want to look back at this moment and be able to tell my children and grandchildren that I had a hand in making history. I want them to know that I stood up to hate, and I helped elect our first female president of the United States. 🇺🇸 #imwithher because we're #strongertogether
I know we have a few days (51, to be exact) until Christmas, but I was so excited to put up our first tree together that I demanded we put it up immediately. I think @tanman_817 and I did a decent job! 🎄🎅🏼🎁❄️🌟
So for Halloween this year Tanner and I decided to be two things you will never see in this world: A gay republican and an email sent by Hillary Clinton. #spooky 👻
So as some of you know, I decided to take up knitting this past summer. These are just a couple of projects I've completed. This is just the beginning of my new hobby, and I can't wait to learn how to do more!
Wishing a very special someone a very happy birthday! Welcome to 22, bub. It's miserable and magical. You're going to love it! Even though 22 doesn't sound as fun as 21, this year is going to be a big year for you. You're capable of so much greatness and potential. Everyday, you amaze me more and more, and I can't get over how lucky I am to get to spend my life with you. Cherish every second of being 22 while you can! HBD, bub. Love you. ❤️ As a wise "philosopher"once said, "we're happy, free, confused, and lonely in the best way." -TS
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRANFLAKE!! I hope you had a wonderful birthday! I love you so much, and deserve all the good things coming your way. You are one of the best friends a guy could ever have. You're hilarious, loyal, and beautiful - all the ingredients needed to be my friend. I'm sorry this birthday post is a little later than you would have liked, but it doesn't change the fact how much you mean to me! Love you, Brandi! ❤️❤️❤️
Happy 21st Birthday shoutout to this crazy, lovable, beautiful woman! Allie O, you've quickly become one of closest friends at UIndy, and you inspire me to be courageous and resilient. I know how long you've waited for this day, and I'm so happy I could be there to help you celebrate this new chapter of your life! I love you so much and HBD! (also I look like literal trash, but you look stunning as always!)
I want to wish a very special Happy Birthday to this girl! Jordann, every time we're together I can't help but smile and genuinely enjoy your company. You're such a beautiful soul, inside and out! I can't wait to see you in a few hours (and probably take tequila shots 😜). I really hope you enjoy your birthday today, because you deserve it! HBD!!
I've certainly leaned a lot over the past four years at the University of Indianapolis, but no knowledge compares to what my wonderful and amazing support system has offered to me the past 22 years.

My step-father, Rod, has taught me the importance of having a strong faith in something.
My mother, Donna, has taught me what it means to be independent, and to always persevere to accomplish a goal.
My sister, Kelsey, has shown me to be proud of who I am, and to keep a positive attitude in the most difficult times.
My nephew, Kacyn, has taught me to enjoy the simpler things in life, and that patience truly is a virtue.
My nephew, Truth, made me realize that I am a role model, and it is my duty to inspire those who follow me.
My sister, Candace, has taught me to be kind to every person I meet, and to always lend a helping hand when I am able.
And lastly, my father, Michael, who has always shown me what it means to work hard, and to always make time for family.

I truly could not have done this without you guys behind me every step of the way. You all inspire me to be a better man, and I hope I make you all proud as I begin my journey into adulthood. Love you all! ❤️🐾 #uindy #grad #2016 #fam
