Though your back doesn't stare at you in the mirror every day, it’s crucial for performance and strength. Don’t neglect it, row to grow and make sure you’re doing some heavy deadlifting 💪🏼.

Give this a go next time you’re training chest. Make sure you slow the tempo and pick a weight you can control 💪🏼

Have you sat down and set your goals out for 2018? No matter how big or small these may be, they all count. :

Make a conscious effort each day and do something that’ll take you closer to that goal. :

Don’t sit back and wait for them to miraculously happen. You’ve got to make it into reality 💪🏼.

Tipping the scale at 215lbs ending 2017 the heaviest I’ve been in a few years. Strength is still on the up, whilst holding decent condition too🐽. Looking forward to 2018 and putting the work to use 😌

As we near the end of the year its usually a time where most people reflect on the year they've had. Personally 2017 was a year of growth, both personally and in terms of business. I have had the privilege to work with some great people, helping them achieve personal goals & targets. More importantly, educating them to continue and carry this into a sustainable lifestyle.
