So painful but definitely rewarding amazing what your body is capable to withstand, this is my 3rd year doing the Crossfit Open and im telling you I feel stonger than I have ever felt, everyone should always find time to exercise the body daily, 1hr a day is not much to ask. Next up 17.2.. MY TIME 17:21

10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Time cap: 20 minutes
